Anthony Gaeto, President and CEO

Anthony Gaeto has spent his entire business
life in marketing. After attending the University of North Carolina,
Anthony Gaeto started International Marketing Management, an office
and paper organization. Mr. Gaeto founded What's Amatta You Pizza
in 1983, a franchised chain of seven delivery pizza stores in the
Tampa Bay area, where he was involved in all aspects of developing
franchise tools and served as President and CEO. In 1993, he founded
Prism Auction and United Auction Affiliate, national asset liquidation
companies and continues to serve as Chairman of the Board.

Jerry W. Koehler, Co-Founder

Jerry w. Koehler is earned his doctorate in
Communication from The Pennsylvania State University in 1968. Upon
graduation he became the Special Assistant to the Chief Executive
Officer of Teachers Management and Investment Corporation in Newport
Beach, California. Later, he joined American Express Investment Management
Company and became the worldwide leader in sales. Between 1972 and
1976 Dr. Koehler was Director of the University of California Executive
Program, after which he joined the University of South Florida where
he served as Assistant to the President, Dean, Extended Studies, Department
of Management chair, and presently serves as Professor of Management.
Dr. Koehler has also served as Deputy Secretary for Florida's Department
of Labor and as a full time consultant to Honeywell Space Systems
He has authored or co-authored twelve books and numerous papers and
articles. He assisted Mr. Gaeto in establishing both What's Amatta
You Pizza, Prism Auction Inc., and United Auction Affiliate. |

Miao Xue, Chief Information Officer

Miao Xue earned his bachelor degree in Economics
from the People's University of China. After graduation, he worked
with CVIC Commercial Development Corporation, a leading retail management
company in China, in its Business Development division. He developed
new retailing chains in China when supermarkets was a new concept
in China. Mr. Xue played a major role in creating joint ventures
with retailing companies from France, Japan, and Holland who came
to China to explore the business opportunities. In January, 1999,
Mr. Xue enrolled at the University of South Florida and earned his
Master Degree in Leadership and Organization Effectiveness in May,
2000. He is presently enrolled in the Information Systems Decision
Sciences graduate school at the University of South Florida.
